~ Fabris Lane - New Account for Kubik Amsterdam ~
Amsterdam, June 14, 2007 – When a successful global company is renowned for exceptional design and the highest quality possible, it is essential that their corporate environments communicate the core qualities of the brand and mirror the aspirational, sophisticated and glamorous qualities of the company. That was the challenge facing Fabris Lane, the largest eyewear and sunglass company in the United Kingdom, when they set out to create an environment that would stand out as a point of distinction in the highly competitive world of fashion eyewear trade shows.
Kubik Inc., known for providing exceptionally creative concepts and on-point designs, took this challenge head-on and set-out to design and produced a Fabris Lane environment that reflected the best of their brands. The resulting very clean modern design has a maximum size of 160 square meters and is built around high impact brand images that can be changed out for every show or new season collections.
“The new environment captured and communicated our brands perfectly. It was very well received by our staff and our target audiences – which made for a very successful show for Fabris Lane,” said Lola Llorca, Product Design Manager at Fabris Lane. “Kubik did a great job! We are very happy with the results and looking forward to the shows that are coming up.”
Originally intended for a single year’s worth of trade shows, the environment incorporates the highest quality materials and a modular approach to graphics, the booth will now be used for the next 3 years.
“This environment was a wonderful challenge for Kubik, it’s not often that our great designers get to work with a client known for such great design,” said Aram Leeuw, Senior Designer at Kubik. “We are all very pleased with how the environment looks and functions – the very high quality materials will make this space a success for many years to come.”
This successful Fabris Lane environment made its debut at the Vision Expo East in New York, after that is was utilized at the MIDO in Milan. The next stop for the environment is SILMO in Paris from the 19th through to the 22nd of October.
