Kubik Acquires Preeminent Museum Services Firm Maltbie Inc.
~ Acquisition Will Extend and Strengthen Kubik’s Presence in the United States ~

Toronto, January 2, 2007 Kubik is pleased to announce that it has acquired Maltbie Inc. of Mount Laurel New Jersey. The sale will extend and strengthen Kubik’s museum expertise and presence in the United States of America.
